Tie Belts On Peripole Recorders With Rubber Bands

You can tie the belts to the neck strap (as it's been mentioned by others on the MusicK8.com Mailing List), or you can tie them to a small rubber band - this will help it stay on the bottom of the recorder. Some of my students don't like to wear the neck strap, but they still want to have their belts on their recorder. So far, this is working. You can get the really small rubber bands in the same place you buy combs, barrettes, etc. They come in a package of 100 or something like that.
